Our company was incorporated under the Companies Act in Singapore (Company Registration No. 200507710E) on 6 Jun 2005 as a private limited company by shares under the name of Joint Universal Pte Ltd. Based in Singapore, Joint Universal Pte Ltd (the “Jointu”) is a distributor, wholesaler and exporter of high quality passenger and truck tyres in the South East Asia region, with aggressive plans to expand into the Asia Pacific regions.

In Dec 2007, Jointu setup a business unit Joint Auto Mobile Service (“JAMS”) to provide mobile car maintenance services such as mobile tyre fitting,  lube, oil change and vehicle service maintenance – a first of its kind in Singapore. We tout ourselves as the Mobile Car Doctor to provide comprehensive car maintenance services anywhere in Singapore.

Jointu is also embarking into retail operations in Singapore.  With a fully equipped car workshop to support the mobile car services unit, the company aims to expand into car accessories retail business within Singapore.
